Alhambra House Located along the tropical coast of La Herradura between Málaga and Granada, built on a four-story rock foundation by the architect Prieto Moreno, who refurbished the Alhambra Palace in Granada. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea from 170 metres altitude, this self-standing house has breath taking sea views and is located in a condominium surrounded by tropical gardens and nature/recreation areas with a gym, pool, tennis and paddle courts (entrance fee to the private club not included). Nicely decorated by an interior designer so to accommodate colours and space to the natural environment, it features two bedrooms with king size beds and in-suite bathrooms. The 30 square meters main bedroom leads to a 15 square meters garden terrace looking to the sea, including a dedicated teleworking area with a 42´ TV set and broadband internet connection that covers the entire house. The living room gives way to another terrace (15 square meters) in the second floor. The Dining room, and an additional bathroom are located in the first floor as well as a fully-equipped luminous kitchen (including washer, dryer, fridge & freezer, electric stove, hood, microwave and electric ovens). An ecological pellet heating system is installed to ensure temperature comfort at all times. This stunning house is located in an exceptionally beautiful/private sea coastal area, one hour by car to Sierra Nevada National Park and close to Spain´s most beautiful geographies which includes: Nerja, Almuñecar, Frigiliana, las Alpujarras, etc. Nearest cities are Granada & Málaga. It’s the best location in Spain for scuba diving thanks to its crystal-clear sea waters and a plethora of different fish species. Mountain paths running through the area with pristine rivers whose waters come from the snow-capped mountains of Sierra Nevada ensure a full hiking experience amongst nature spots filled with orange trees, cherimoyas and pear trees. No small children or pets allowed.
