Private studio under 1km to llafranc beach, perfect for a romantic escape. Light double bedroom, full bathroom, spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. All windows and doors open to the balcony and wooded areas. You can't see neighbours. Away from the busy village the studio is quiet and private. The studio is around 50m2 and located on a hill just under 1km walk to Llafranc beach. The studio is very private, you can't see neighbours and it has views of wooded areas. It's located out of the way and as it's on a hill it's nice and quiet and cool. The bedroom is light with a king sized bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside tables and large doors opening to the balcony with green views. There's a full bathroom with a washing machine and we provide shower and beach towels. The spacious living area has a dining table with seats, a round bamboo seat, a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen is to your right and all rooms open to the balcony and garden. Outside you can sit on the balcony or in the garden, you will find ample tables and chairs
We provide coffee, tea, 5 litres of water, spices etc and a bottle of cava.
There's a ventilator, blinds and an essential oil diffuser which you can use as a mosquito deterrent. We clean thoroughly before you arrive, however as the studio is located near to trees you might find spiders move back in very quickly.
The studio uses a septic tank so it's very important that you only use bio degradable shower gels, soaps and cleaning products. We will provide all of these things. Please only put toilet paper in the toilet, no sanitary products etc.
