This uniquely charming holiday home is just 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Playa la Barrosa. It has a large living / dining area with fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a delightful garden with swimming pool.
This house was my home for over 10 years. The decor is lovely, individual and above average. The rooms are different in color and yet blend harmoniously, the Andalusian charm mixes with Moroccan elements and the result is a house to relax, to relax and enjoy a perfect vacation.
You enter the property of 'Villa Sandra' via the beautifully overgrown, well-tended garden. There is a lot of lawn around the swimming pool and comfortable loungers are available for relaxing. In front of the house is the sun-protected terrace with a beautiful wooden table and 6 chairs, ideal for outdoor dining or just to sit around. A grill is of course also available for grill fans.
You enter the house and stand in the 30 sqm living and dining room. The spacious living room with its cozy couch, German satellite TV and flat screen TV and a closed fireplace (for the cooler autumn evenings, for example) is the heart of the house. Here is also the wooden dining table with 4 comfortable chairs - but space for 6 people. There is also a 'winter garden' where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and enjoy the last rays of sun in the evening - perhaps with a glass of sherry, the typical Andalusian wine? This place is also very popular as a small reading corner. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc. and leaves nothing to be desired. A door leads into a courtyard, gen. Patio. The patio is an ideal breakfast spot, but with its brick day bed it is also an ideal retreat for a small afternoon siesta. You will have to find out yourself from where the patio got its nickname 'esquina santa'. The washing machine is in the small shed in the patio. The two spacious bedrooms each have a double bed with a good mattress and rest for a restful sleep. Another highlight is the large bathroom with its two sinks, the somewhat separate toilet, a shower and bathtub - all in red! The 'Villa Sandra' is located in a small private street / cul-de-sac with only 7 houses in which you can easily park in front of the door. The place El Colorado in which the house is located is a typical Andalusian village, called pueblo. Our neighborhood in the village is called Barrio Nuevo, i.e. H. new (city) part. It is within walking distance of all important things like supermarket (in front of the door), restaurants, bars, pharmacy, magazine store, good butcher, petrol station and much more. It is well connected in terms of traffic. It is only 6 km to the beach, if you want you can also cycle through one of the surrounding pine forests - practical for dog owners. The house is generally suitable for people with a dog, as the garden is escape-proof. In front of the door we have a fenced area which is ideal for a short walk in the morning :-) or a little romp with the ball if there is no time for a walk. It is also 6 km to Conil, Chiclana is 10 km away and for all trips further afield you are immediately on the motorway. El Colorado is perfectly located, everything is close, but you still have your peace and if something is missing, you can buy it safely in the village and you don't always have to take the car.
