Summary: The hotel staff were excellent and friendly, communicative, and helpful from check-in to the restaurant service. However, I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, and I wouldn’t consider this one fully all-inclusive. Cocktails were premixed, and there was an extra charge for well drinks, snacks like chips and candy, which I found unusual for this kind of resort. The main restaurant only served three meals a day, and taking food outside the dining area wasn’t allowed. The pools were open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and unfortunately, the beach umbrellas were limited to the pool area—not the beach itself. Entertainment also left room for improvement; when performers spoke or sang on stage, it was hard to hear from the nearby pool. The price was reasonable, but overall, I may consider exploring other options.
