Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Fina is a charming villa located in a peaceful cul-de-sac street of La Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell. Only 2 Km. away from the beach “ Cala Moraig” , supermarket and restaurants. Its location together with its high position on the hill provides us with spectacular sea views. The entire area shines through its calm, sophisticated, and sun-filled location, perfect for families in the search of a peaceful holiday experience.
The villa offers parking for 1 car. We enter to find various sun terraces. The main terrace surrounds the kidney-shaped private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a BBQ. The pool area is encompassed by balustrades to ensure the safety of the kids.
Fina is a two-storey holiday home, connected through both, internal as also external stairs. On the lower level, we find 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom together with a shower room. Internal stairs lead up to the top level, where we get welcomed by a sun-filled living room with A/C+Sat+TV+DVD, an equipped kitchen.
We continue towards another bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a dryer. From the living room, we get direct access to a balcony with a BBQ providing astonishing sea views.
