Summary: Newly opened and unestablished sadly. Beautiful location and great potential but hotel ownership seriously disappointing. Hotel staff (namely, William, Huyen & Rodika were exceptional) go truly above and beyond to accommodate stays in a hotel that is clearly not ready for guests and under ownership that has no idea how to run a hotel. It’s a great shame considering the potential that this hotel has given the location and architecture. Our stay was tainted by the ownership and sadly I wouldn’t return because of his unprofessional behaviour across the board. Perhaps if you’re not ready for guests don’t open? Or get a hotel manager, who is better versed in this field.
