This beautiful duplex apartment, located in the bay of Sa Riera / Begur known as 'the pearl of the Costa Brava', stands out through its contemporaneous decoration combined with design elements. Recently renovated with the best finishes, it opens its doors for the summer season. The Mediterranean Sea is only 200 meters away and can be accessed via a staircase from the house. The duplex consists of a bright living room and dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped, as well as a direct access to the furnished terrace with sea views. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where there is a relaxation area, equipped with a sofa bed, a second TV and from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surroundings. Another staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two double bedrooms, equipped with 2 single beds each, as well as two full bathrooms and ready to release. A private parking lot in front of the house is included in the rental price.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.
In 2020, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).
