Positive: Excellent room with good beds. Nice hotel grounds. We missed a playroom for children that would be open all day – usually hotels have them. Because the playroom that is there is only open a few hours a day. I would also advise the hotel to change the chef. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights – one dinner was terrible, two others were OK, and two more were good, but the chef managed to ruin potentially wonderful dishes. For example, the barbecue ribs – excellent food – were very tough, and the boiled clams – a delicacy – tasted absolutely nothing, as if they had simply been boiled in water. It's amazing how people can ruin wonderful restaurant dishes so completely. Breakfast is average; I was pleased with the variety of omelets – it replaces the individual ones. But the sausages are terrible – no one takes them, and it's unclear why they are needed at all. Regular sausages from the store are better. A big plus is the availability of fresh juice and champagne.
