The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as it is normally divided into 2 separate houses (Villa Era 1 and Villa Era 2) which can be combined by just opening a door. In total, Villa Era consists of 2 living rooms (with one sofa bed each), two fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 5 bedrooms (3 with a queensize bed, 2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 4 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 14 people.
