This residential area is located between the towns of San Isidro and Granadilla de Abona, approximately 345 metres above sea level, and near various beaches which are great places for excursions. The sea is to the east of the house and the mountains to the north, placing this cottage in an ideal location sandwiched between the sea and mountains.
The holiday cottage is in a residential area with various houses, all retaining the traditional Canarian architectural style. They feature thick stone walls and white varnished wooden elements. Each house benefits from its own garden with native plants. The house has a wood paneled ceiling, and the terrace Arabic style tiling.
There are supermarkets and restaurants within a two kilometre radius of the cottage. The beach of “Playa Médano“ is only a few minutes away by car, making this an ideal location for wind surfers. A golf course is also nearby, a 15 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop approximately 100 m from the house, offering connections to, e.g., the centre of Granadilla.
The 75 m² holiday home has a spacious and bright living/dining room with an integrated kitchen. It is furnished with a sofa and a TV with USB/digital connection, as well as a dining table and chairs for communal meals. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
