FINCA ELS PINS - LlagosteraFantastic Finca with a large private swimming pool, children's pool, tennis and fronton court and wifi.The Finca has a large plot with forest area, located in a quiet area just 15 minutes from the beach.Ideal for families, the Finca consists of:On the first floor: entrance hall, living room with exit to terrace, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, spiral staircase that gives access to the second floor, a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds, a room with billiards, and two more bedrooms with two single beds,On the second floor: 1 bedroom with four single beds, a bedroom with two single beds and inside this we find a toilet and the door that gives access to another room with two beds.The property has air conditioning in the dining room, in the games room, in the kitchen, in 1 room on the first floor and in 1 room on the 1st floor.It is possible to park in the property, there are some areas of the property such as the garages that are closed, they cannot be used by the tenants.The property is only fenced in from the front.Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted.Barbecues are strictly forbidden due to the risk of fire.The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only.Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
