Summary: Reception staff welcoming and also fantastic at check out. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, would benefit from having a washing up sponge and washing up liquid to wash coffee cups, just an idea :-) Every area clean. Loved the waterfall feature in the central lobbies. Food was lovely, everyone is so hard working, well done to all. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Really enjoyed
