Summary: Fantastic central location. Staff were very attentive, couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful quirky hotel, gorgeous decor. Breakfast was delicious. We booked a junior suite as I love a quirky bath when we are away on a winter break. Unfortunately not all junior suites have them and ours didn't but they quickly found us another room which wasn't a suite but had the bath I wanted and a gorgeous view out onto the river. We were pleasantly to surprised to discover that we had received a refund the next day for the difference in room prices, something we hadn't asked for. Would definitely recommend Hotel Lobby especially for a special occasion.
