Positive: This hotel is a hidden gem. the room is spacious with a floor to ceiling glass wall/door overlooking the mountains. beds are comfortable, toilet is clean. has sofa in the room. the yard is spacious. their adorable dog is a bonus, if you are a dog person. :). the best thing of all - the staff/owners are just the nicest people in the world.

Negative: we are 3 friends in the camino and the 2km uphill walk from Ribadesella was a let down for my friend after a 30-km walk. I was perfectly okay with that but my friend wasn't. she struggled on the climb, not because it is difficult but because the was already very tired. but that was immediately replaced by joy when we were in the comfortable and spacious room.

Summary: a hidden gem in the Camino!
