On its two floors it offers: a cosy living room with open fire, a dining area and large bay windows leading on to the terrace (approx. 50 sqm) with quality wooden furniture, built-in barbecue and a spectacular view to the sea; (please note that the terrace is not suitable for young kids); a fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, microwave, electric stove), a shower with separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds; on the next floor two well sized master bedrooms (each approx. 20 sqm) both with built-in wardrobes and shelves and large windows onto the greenery, one with a kingsize bed, one with two single beds; from one of the bedrooms you have also view to the sea; another fairly sized bedroom with two single beds (without view and unless otherwise agreed reserved for owners' use only) and two shower rooms with toilet and bidet; furthermore a laundry(washing machine and dryer) and ironing and storage area.
