The fully equipped kitchen includes generous prep space, one dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Even better, the beach is right there. Hypnotic has its own private beach access directly from the ground-level pool area, leading to the sand via steps. There's no street to cross and no need to walk to a public beach access. At least 6 beach chairs are provided for guest use, along with a selection of beach towels. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are also provided, helping families leave a few of the bulky vacation essentials at home.
A gas grill is provided for guest use. Guests are encouraged to bring their own propane tank or, after booking, pre-order propane delivery for their stay through the available guest services.

🏊 POOL HEATING
This property offers optional pool heating with a 3-night minimum.
Pool heating is available by request outside of the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day and must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. Once pool heating has been arranged and the service period begins, refunds will only be provided in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the requested heating service from being provided. Refunds will not be issued due to weather or environmental conditions, the pool not reaching a particular temperature, changes in personal preference, early discontinuation of the service, or unused service days.

In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals.
