Supermarkets, shops, ATMS and numerous restaurants can be found at the fishing harbour in the old town of Agaete, 15 km from the property. It is 45 minutes to Charco Azul, a waterfall, and an hour to Tirma, Faneque and the pine forest of Tamadaba.The spacious patio, on the south side of the house, faces the garden and is furnished with a table and chairs and a sun shade; at the western end of the patio is an upholstered seating accommodation. The 100 year old trees are a refuge for birds and offer welcome shade.

The bathroom boasts a window and is furnished with a shower tub, a toilet, a bidet and a sink with a vanity and an illuminated mirror. A washing machine is at your disposal.
