Positive: It is situated overlooking the beach. It is a spacious appartment with two balconies. You have restaurants right on your doorstep. Shops are approx 5 minute walk. It was ideal for our family. It is on the 4th floor but there is a small lift that takes 3 people.

Negative: I stayed here about 10 years ago and nothing has been upgraded. The net curtains were hanging of the curtain rail. There was a cable for internet across the bottom of the patio doors on to the balcony which was a real trip hazard. The woodwork in the appartment was either scuffed or broken. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a good sized walk in shower the other is very cramped. All the bathroom furniture is in need of replacing as looks old & tired. There is perspex coffee tables that definitely should be binned along with a fake plant on the balcony that has no leaves on it due to them being blown off, it just looks awful. There were a couple of stains on the bed sheets that had not come out in the wash but had been put on anyway. One of the ac units made a noise all night even though it was switched off. The front door should be renewed as the locks didn't work well. I think for the price it should have been better!
