Summary: The large aprtments is modern and centrally located. One can walk to many of the wineries easily. It is relatively new but there are several issues about poor maintenence of the property: 1) the kitchen sink faucet is broken and unattached; 2) the freezer needs to be properly defrosted (melting ice collects in the fridge ruining food), 3) the bathroom sink drain stopper is broken; 4) the kitchen has a stove but no pots and pans so it was unusable; 5) The dishwasher is broken and they merely put a sign inside that says 'broken'; 6) And finally AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, the main bedroom has bedbugs which woke me up several nights getting bitten and then I had an itchy rash for the next few days. I liked the space a lot and if maintained properly it would be a fabulous spot and I would have given a 5 star rating.
