GROUND FLOOR
Access to the holiday home is through a separate entrance situated on the ground floor of the house. In this area there is a welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs where guests can enjoy reading or watching TV. This open-plan space connects directly with the kitchen and dining room area. The traditional-style open kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances: microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, stove. The dining area is spacious with various wooden tables and chairs and a fireplace. On this floor there is also a guest bathroom and a room with table football and a long table with chairs.
FIRST FLOOR
The bedrooms are on the first floor of the house which is reached via a staircase.
– L’Aigua: bedroom for four guests with a large double bed and high bunk beds. Built-in wooden wardrobe and private bathroom with bath.
– L’Alzina: bedroom with two single beds, built-in wooden wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
– Els Raïms: bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
This floor has a second level where the oldest part of the house is. It is separated from the rest by three steps. There is a sitting room with a round table, chairs, maps and brochures about the area. The rest of the bedrooms are also found in this area.
– L’Olivera: bedroom with double bed, antique wooden wardrobe and small balcony with views.
– El Blat: bedroom with three single beds, wardrobe with hangers and bedside table.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
Outside is the saltwater pool and area with a small garden and outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Guest bathroom and washing machine. Open-air covered parking with ping-pong table and covered chill-out area with sofas and small table. Terrace with chairs and benches and possibility of using the barbecues outside the house.
