You get to the property along a quiet back road. In front of the house is a large outdoor area with tiled floor where you can enjoy the warm sunshine or cool shade and a spacious porch area, with a chill-out zone and sofas, and long wooden picnic table and benches. There is also outdoor parking in the private area.
The house has two floors and the interior is bright.
GROUND FLOOR
You go into the house through a wooden door which looks onto the large terrace in front. This takes you to a spacious main reception room with furniture and table football. Leading off from here are all the other rooms in the house.
The living quarters with all the communal areas are on this floor. Spacious kitchen with all the necessary equipment and appliances with fireplace and wooden dining table and chairs. Lounge with sofas, coffee tables, TV, wood-burning stove and views looking out to the outdoor terrace.
Laundry room with a small sink, washing machine and fridge. There is also a guest bathroom here.
FIRST FLOOR
You go up to the first floor via the stairs. The sleeping area with the bedrooms is in this part of the house. Large central sitting room with sofas and lounge area with views of the garden. The bedrooms and bathrooms lead off from here. There are 7 bedrooms, all double, except one triple bedroom and another one for four people. The bathrooms are shared and have a toilet, sink and shower.
Throughout the house there is heating, portable fans and fantastic views of the garden and the countryside.
OUTSIDE
Spectacular outdoor grounds with different areas and uses: covered built-in barbecue, terrace, tiled patio with trees and porch with outdoor furniture, 4x8 m outdoor pool with sun loungers and views of the countryside, large garden with different routes to explore the area.
Within the same grounds, although separate, is the Club Hípico Omega Girona, a horse-riding club, which belongs to the same property. The caretaker of the house lives in a private space in this sector, is very respectful of the guests’ privacy, and has no view of the house.
