The apartment benefits from a dual heat air-conditioning system + smart TV with Amazon Firestick + Wi-Max internet and wi-fi. The apartment has quality Castillian/Moroccan solid wood and marble furniture + memory mattresses. Sliding doors lead onto a spacious balcony. A fruiteria, pizza, pharmacy, supermarket and bakery are close by. As the apartment is located in the very heart of Nerja, you can watch some of the festival processions from the comfort of the balcony. Very convenient! We have also fitted very high quality, double-glazed windows and patio doors. The apartment has both air-conditioning and ceiling fans for that extra cooling effect when the windows are closed.
The bathroom is completely refurbished with modern fittings and a walk-in shower unit with 'rain' and hand-held shower heads.
The terrace is a generous 10m2 area, with garden patio seating for 4 persons. The patio doors are 'concertina' design to enable them to be opened for easy access.
