Spacious apartment (110 m2) with great balcony and a large shared pool. All renovated, modern, clean. Three bedrooms with ceiling fan AND air-condition. Two modern bathrooms with daylight. Two satellite TV's (living room and master bedroom). Great view overlooking Santa Ponsa and the bay. Lift # 1 brings you to the pool area. From there you have direct access to the lower front building where lift # 2 takes you to the promenade with all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars. Award-winning Santa Ponsa white sand beach is only 5/10 minutes away. All facilities (Cafes, WC, Medical Aid, Lifeguards,Lockers,) are available there. The beach area is separated from the promenade by shady pine trees.
Santa Ponsa Golf is famous, 3 courses, one of them public.
Santa Ponsa is one of the "in-places" of Mallorca where many expats have built their dream villas on the green hills surrounding the bay. It is therefore more family orientated than nearby Magaluf.
