This modern and spacious chalet is located in the quiet residential area of Son Bauló, a suburb of Can Picafort. The house was completely renovated in autumn 2017. The elegant, private infinity pool is surrounded by a well-tended garden with mature trees. Sun loungers are available on the sun-drenched terrace by the pool. A small staircase leads to two further terraces: a covered shaded terrace with a dining table right next to the kitchen and a slightly lower oasis terrace surrounded by bushes. Behind the property is a small pine forest.
The chalet is spread over two floors: on the ground floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, rustic natural stone walls and vintage furniture as well as an en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom and an additional bedroom are also located on this level. There are also two further bedrooms here, each with two single beds, a modern bathroom with shower and a fully equipped, rustic kitchen with dishwasher. From the kitchen and dining room you can access the covered main terrace with another dining table. This terrace offers a view of the surrounding green landscape and the stylish pool area. On the street side there is an attractive balcony veranda.
The chalet is located in a quiet residential area, just 700 metres from the fine sandy beach. There is a supermarket on the way and another one is also within walking distance. The coast is lined with restaurants and Can Picafort is only about one and a half kilometres along the beach.
