This lovingly and tastefully furnished holiday home is situated at the foot of the spectacular "Cami de s'Arxiduc" hiking trail and just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Valldemossa. The beautiful bays of the west coast are easily accessible by car.
Ground floor
On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with adjoining open-plan kitchen and access to the terrace. The comfortable sofa area invites you to spend cosy evenings by the wood-burning stove, even in the cooler months. The covered terrace offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
A small room with a single bed and a desk can be used as a home office. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower and WC.
Upper floor
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two single beds, which can be joined together as a double bed or separated. From the master bedroom (2 beds measuring 1.20 x 2 metres) with adjoining bathroom with bathtub, there is access to a beautiful sun terrace with far-reaching views of Valldemossa. There is also a further bathroom with shower.
Outdoor area
The pool is located in the lower garden area, sun loungers are available. In the rear garden area, which is also accessible from the kitchen, there is another seating area with views of the mountains.
Pool:
3.80 m x 4.70 m, depth: 185 cm, ladder entry, salt water, sun loungers, parasols and sun shell. Weekly, professional pool maintenance, completely renewed.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
Deposit has to be paid before arrival. Baby sets (baby cot & high chair) cost €10/night each, baby: 0-24 months. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found under: ( more information ).
Cleaning:
Final cleaning 250€, intermediate cleaning on request, to be paid on site.
