This penthouse is built 2022 and almost brand new. Spacious and airy living area with sea views from every room!
Three bedroom (two bedrooms with a double bed of 160 cm and one bedroom with a bed of 140 cm). Master bedroom has private bathroom with shower and you will have one family bathroom with shower as well.
Kitchen and living room in open plan. From the living room you have sliding glass door out to the balcony with lovely sea views and evening sun.
From the private roof terrace, you will have amazing views and sun from sunrise to sunset.
The apartment is located in the popular area Mar de Plata in Puerto de Mazarrón and very close to playa negra and Alamillo beach.
Only a few hundred meters distance to beaches, bars and padel courses but still in a calm and quiet area.
Five minutes away, you have many grocery stores like Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and shopping center Mazarrón Parc.
20 minutes’ walk by the sea and the main promenade to the port of Mazarrón with a numerus of restaurants, bars and shops along the way.

• No more people can stay in the rental property than the booking states, and you have registered with Casas De Bahia
• All guests must be pre-registered before check-in.
• The one who made the reservation must be in place the entire time.
• No smoking inside. If smoking outside: close doors and windows (do not let the smell come inside).

• Always shower before going into the pool. No sand or sun-cream must end up in the pool for hygienic reasons.
• Do not keep keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case a locksmith needs to come and change lock. The co• st is at the guest’s expense.
Keys are not allowed to be copied. Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euro (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something breaks or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.

• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
