You live on approx. 45sqm with a high quality furnished living room and modern kitchen. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and features the best materials, contemporary furnishings and modern details. In addition to a comfortable double bed, the bedroom also has a large built-in wardrobe. The modern bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower and washing machine. Enjoy the unique sea view from the sunny balcony, take a bath in the sea or put up a deck chair at your very own favorite place. The terrace around the communal pool and the surrounding rocky landscape invite you to spend wonderful hours outdoors! Air conditioning in the living room as well as in the bedroom ensures a comfortable sleep.
For the transition and winter months, the apartment is perfectly suitable due to the underfloor heating in the bathroom and living room, as well as the air conditioning, which can also be converted to heat. Attention: Non smoking apartment !!
All around the complex: The location is simply ideal: spend the day directly at the pool, on the rocks or while swimming in your own bay. In between, enjoy a snack in the in-house café, strolling along the sea promenade to the beach in Santa Ponsa. In the evening there are numerous restaurants that can be reached on foot in 2-5 minutes.
Other: Our facility is mostly inhabited by residents. We therefore ask for considerate behavior and normal noise levels, especially in the late evening.
There is a community car park on the property, which you can use free of charge, but which is based on the 'first come, first serve' principle. Especially in the period from July to August, you may not always find a free parking space and have to switch to the surrounding streets.
The apartment must be left swept clean. Leftover food and garbage are to be disposed of yourself. Your landlady also lives in Santa Ponsa and can be reached.
