Positive: What did we like about this property? Everything! The rural location, the winding road to get to it, the friendly neighbours. The view from the balcony first thing in the morning as the sun comes into view, countryside, village and sea views was amazing and so relaxing, with the sound of the locals chickens. The resident lizards and dragonflies added to the experience in a good way. The villa has something to keep everyone entertained, when youre not out exploring. fantastic place to get together but plenty of room to get space if needed. Heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table, foosball. We had an issue with the water stopping, but the host resolved this very quickly after reporting. Beds were comfortable. Everything is beautiful and well maintained. We are in love with this place and will definitely be back!

Negative: Very well equipped villa but could definitely do with more forks. Think there were about 4 but the villa is supposed to be able to cater for 12. The only downsides to the villa itself would be the no clothes storage in the double bunk room and only 1 bathroom (there is a seperate toilet downstairs) We had 6 adults 2 teens and a baby, and grabbing showers etc before heading out early was a challenge... I don't know how easy it would be for 12 people.
