Summary: On top of being lost for almost an hour, with no help from staff, which got us to the hotel past 10pm, we learned checkout was at 10am! No food in the hotel past 10pm, no room service, a small empty mini bar inside the room with not even a water bottle. Which is kind of incredible in a hotel that is so out of the way and has no businesses or services nearby. Worst of all was learning that they know about the Google GPS situation and have done nothing about it. No signs on the road, no written instructions on how to get here etc. In regards to the room, absolutely no ammenities. Just a liquid gel that serves as soap/shampoo/conditioner, really old and scrappy towels and a shower faucet that gets all the bathroom wet. This does not seem like a 4 star hotel and should not be advertised as such. And to top it all off, checkout at 10am no matter how late you checked-in. I certainly do not recommend this hotel.
