The apartment features an open lounge, dining and living area, which has been reformed to the highest standard in sleek scandinavian minimalism throughout. The kitchen area is perfect for social evenings with family and friends, offering stunning open views; on one side, of a framed La Concha mountain, and the other of open sea - towards Gibraltar and northern Africa. Double doors lead to an open terrace, allowing sea breeze to flow through the interior throughout the summers. The terrace itself is part covered with a large seating area and ceiling fan, part sun-soaked with reclining sunbeds and dining for eight provided. All designed to make the most of Marbella's warm, still, summer evenings.
A hallway takes you to the master bedroom with king-sized double bed, en-suite bathroom and another stunning sea-view. There are then two further double bedrooms with golf and mountain views towards San Pedro, one with another en-suite and the other a family bathroom - both newly reformed in a striking marble finish.
