Summary: Old World Charm! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Posada La Casa del Organista. This stately and historic building was originally built to house the monks of the church, and was later purchased by the church's organist; hence the name. We stayed in Room 6 on the 1st floor and it's the one prominently featured in photos as it has a cozy glassed in balcony with great views. The location is perfect right in the heart of beautiful Santillana del Mar and is located right on the Camino de Santiago route where we would see dozens of pilgrims walk past us each day. We enjoyed talking with the on-site owner. The posada has a car park located behind the property. If I'm fortunate to make it back to Santillana del Mar I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
