Cozy apartment, with lots of natural light and large windows with lots of space among other blocks of flats. It is in an area with Mercadona and Consum next door, greengrocers and pharmacies and free parking area.
Room is 2.25 mt wide and 3.30 long and with an exterior window that overlooks a very large private area with trees. Aloe Vera mattress, new. Park floor throughout the house except kitchen and bathrooms. The living room is large and has a large balcony that overlooks a park with wooded area. The kitchen is large and has a part with laundry. The apartment has 2 bathrooms.
At home there is no smoking but there is a cozy balcony, yes it is not a problem to go outside, for me, it is not a problem to smoke.
