It consists of dining room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with pantry, a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 200x150 bed and another with 200x90 bed, (possibility of extra bed) .3 or 4 seats. Terrace with outdoor shower and furniture. The house is located on the Can Marce estate, next to the main house where the owner lives, are independent buildings. Located in a quiet area in the countryside surrounded by almond trees, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site. Its location allows you to easily practice hiking mountain excursions, cycling. Golf course 5 minutes away, riding club 10 minutes away, tennis courts 5 minutes away, Mallorcan cuisine restaurant 300m. Nearby towns, Valldemossa at five minutes, Deiá and Bañalbufar at twenty minutes, Palma ten minutes. Twenty km from the airport. Possibility of therapeutic massage in the same farm upon request. Animals are not allowed. Minimum stay 4 nights. Linens and towels. Cleaning costs € 40. Payment of 30% of the amount when making the reservation, by bank transfer, remaining cash upon delivery of keys. Deposit € 100 refundable at the end of the stay, if there is no damage, Tourist tax of € 2 per person and night over 16 years is paid the first 8 days from the ninth € 1.
