Positive: The pool and garden. The buffet especially at breakfast. The hotel staff.

Negative: This is NOT a four star hotel. The repairs that have been done to the rooms are very superficial and attack specific areas which gives you walls that are very uneven and yet the infiltration continues. Cork tiles were placed to hide the damage but you see the humidity coming through the cork. The radio on the wall is from 1930! The bathroom was okay but again outdated. The rooms look tired and old, not like the photos. The rooms on the ground floor have lovely patios that hadn’t seen maintenance for a long time. The hotel could place artificial grass to make the areas more beautiful and green instead of whats there. The hotel has air conditioning switched on all day but there is a door missing downstairs and the doors at the entrance are left open. Not environmentally concious at all! The matresses are terrible. We woke up every day with backache. Couches broken, door missing, the gym advertised could not be found.
