S'Erisal is a private villa situated in the picturesque village of Fornalutx, 3 minutes walk from the Fornalutx main square and 10 minutes by car away from Soller and Port de Soller, in Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site, Mallorca.
This beautiful finca offers a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, so it sleeps 6 in total. The property includes four acres of land (16.000 m2) with a partly enclosed garden terrace, pool terrace, yoga terrace, and fruit orchard. The remaining land is comprised of olive groves grazed by sheep overlooking Fornalutx. Wherever you turn you are met by rare privacy and stunning views.
The village of Fornalutx, named one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, is a 3 minute walk down the hill from S'Erisal, and there you will find a handful of cafes/bars and restaurants, a food store, a weekly local farmer's market, and a small bakery/patisserie. 10 minutes further downhill from Fornalutx is Biniaraitx and a few minutes past it, the larger town of Soller, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and also a farmers market.
The beach and port in Puerto de Soller is full of wonderful restaurants, beach lounging and activities, and it is only 10 minutes away by car.

A simply exceptional property that offers lovers of nature tranquility ,privacy and wonderful views over the quintessential village of Fornalutx and beyond.
It comes well equipped , is comfortably furnished and has plenty of areas on different levels to relax in sun or shade.
Only a few minutes walk into the village to the lovely cafes, bakery, mini market and restaurants means you needn't use a car.
There are stunning walks in all directions and the charming market town of Soller or its Port are only a short drive away.
We definitely would consider staying here again as it is probably one of the loveliest villas in the area that we have stayed at.
