Welcome to this wonderful village house, for 8 guests, in front of the sea of Son Servera.This house is really spectacular thanks to its exteriors with such idyllic sea views. Various terraces invite you to enjoy the tranquility of the sound of waves. Imagine yourself having breakfast, sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers, making tasty barbecues or simply having a glass of wine next to a good book while contemplating the beach. Moreover, from the garden you have direct access to it, a real privilege!It is a three-storey house. On the main floor, there is a astonishing living-dining room, with TV-SAT and A/C. The kitchen, with direct access to the outside, is wide and has ceramic cooktop. The laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with shower on this floor and another one with bathtub on the upper floor. Then, there are also 4 bedrooms that feature two single beds and wardrobe; one on the ground floor, two on the 1st floor and the last one on the 2nd floor. A cot and a high chair can also be provided.
