The Venero Claro estate, covering 5600 m2, includes two large houses in plots that are fenced in and completely separate measuring 1600 and 4000 m2 respectively, which are within easy reach of each other when used by a single group. Each house has its own entrance, ecological pool in the fenced enclosure, private parking for 7/8 cars, barbecue, children's area, gardens...... and all this under one roof, in the heart of nature..... within the region of the Gredos Mountains, next to the Nature Reserve of the Iruelas Valley (less than 1 km from the estate) and the river Alberche (10 metres from the estate)

There is an ecological pool in the fenced enclosure, barbecue, 100 m2 porch-terrace, lawn area, private parking for 7 to 8 cars... suitable for a single group of 16, 20, 22, 25, 27 and up to 30 people.
Adapted for people with reduced mobility.
EACH HOUSE has:
