"Ses Fonts" is a unique, beautiful finca situated in the heart of the World Heritage Tramuntana Mountains, with the unspoiled village of Fornalutx just a 15 minute walk away, and Soller and Port de Soller 15 minutes by car.
This finca is very special with 11,200 Sq m (121,000 Sq Ft) of land surrounding the main buildings, full of olive and pine trees. The large garden features lawns, colourful flowers and fruit trees so you can pick your own oranges, lemons, grapefruit, avocados and figs. The swimming pool is located right in the middle of this lush garden as is the natural spring-fed pond next to it. The gas barbecue oversees this dramatic setting.
The house itself is at the end of a private driveway (approx 200m, 650ft) and it features three en-suite double bedrooms in the main house. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there is digital TV and WiFi available.
Driving to Fornalutx takes less than 10 minutes with Soller and Port de Soller about 15 minutes away. There you can find numerous bars, restaurants, shops, and a weekly market, as well as the famous Palma to Soller Train (Tren de Soller) which dates back to 1912.
If you prefer to walk, there are numerous hiking trails near the house.
Palma airport is a 35 minute drive away.
