Beautifully situated finca between Artà and Capdepera on a plot of approx. 3. 380 m², with open views of the castle and the town of Capdepera, the mountains and the countryside. The approximately 60 m² living space are divided as follows: two bedrooms each with a double bed (on request, the beds can also be separated) and fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, living / dining room with fireplace and open kitchen (total approx. 30 m²). The high ceilings (2.80 m to 3.50 m ceiling height) with wooden beams, the Majorcan tiled floor, and many other details, there is a beautiful living environment.
A cot and a highchair are provided on request free of charge.
The outdoor saltwater pool (10 mx 4 m - depth of 0.80 m (3 m) to 1.80 m) and several terraces including barbecue area with a beautiful stone table (3.6 meters long) and two stone benches, provides plenty of space to relax. The plot is classic Mediterranean created with local plants, mature trees, palms etc. The house was renovated in spring 2015 and refurnished. Other features: solar system, gas central heating, fireplace, private well and cistern, double glazing, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, etc.
