The apartment has all the comforts for a family's stay at any time of the year. In winter, the average temperature during the day is 20º, with sunshine almost at all times. All exterior, has plenty of light, also a small terrace and a solarium on the terrace above. For the summer season it has a storage room to store the personal belongings of the guests for the beach outside the apartment, under the access stairs.
