This breathtaking villa is situated in the heart of Costa Dorada's most picturesque location - Cala Tamarit. It boasts two luxurious houses: the main villa, with a generous capacity of 11 people, and the Pool House, which can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
MAIN HOUSE : The main floor, accessible from street level, comprises a spacious living-cum-dining room, an open kitchen, a guest toilet, and a double bedroom suite with a private bathroom. The living area opens onto a covered terrace, complete with a large alfresco dining table. From here, guests can soak in the mesmerizing views of the sea and the surrounding area while taking a dip in the 12m pool with their favorite cocktail in hand. A barbecue-grill area is available on the terrace's opposite end.
The ground floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation and features five striking bedrooms, including two suites with private bathrooms and double beds, one room with two single beds, and one room with three single beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, while there is a playroom for children on the same floor, complete with an array of entertainment options.
All rooms in the house open onto the terrace which encircles the house and offers access to the property's Mediterranean garden, replete with an abundance of stunning plants, trees, and flowers. The house also has ample car parking space on the property.

POOL HOUSE : Across the pool lies a separate Pool House, that can accommodate two people, complete with its living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The Pool House is available for rent upon request, and a supplement. For easy navigation, the photos of the Pool House are marked with a tag.
The nearest beach, Tamarit , is just 300 meters away and can be accessed by walking through a path between pine trees. To reach the sand, visitors will have to walk down a sloping path. La Mora beach, situated at a distance of 800 meters, is accessible by walking down the street. For those traveling by car, Altafulla beach is just 2 km away.

1. To comply with applicable citizen security regulations, this establishment requires online registration through its own channel, which can request a photo of an identity document and/or a selfie of a tourist. . 2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€3000) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)

7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 20:00 to 19:00 metro. Departure time: 10:00.
