We have an unbeatable location, in La Lomba, one of the high villages of Campoo, which is a natural balcony open to the entire Campoo Valley, enjoys wonderful views of both the Alto Campoo ski resort and the entire valley .
The house, located at the top of the town completely independent, and with its own garden.
We have designed a large viewpoint of 5 meters, from which you can enjoy all the views of the Herradura de Campoo, and see how the entire valley opens up to Reinosa.
At garden level we have an even larger viewpoint, with stunning views, behind which we have a small SPA.
The Balcony of La Lomba, is a new hotel establishment in La Lomba (Campoo de Suso), at the foot of Alto Campoo.
It is an old stone house, which until recently was used as stable and haystack, housing more than 30 cows.
It had a small house with 3 bedrooms, and the aforementioned stable and haystack, and a court, where sheep were formerly kept, which has become a small SPA.
During the last year, it has been completely rehabilitated, using noble materials, without altering practically both its structure and appearance, bringing to light, a beautiful stone house.
We have 2 individual apartments:
"COMPLETE HOUSE", 18 seats. We have the possibility, of full rental of the house with capacity for 18 people, (consisting of 5 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 large living room-kitchen) garden with own barbecue and garden table, and independent entrance .
We have ample parkin next to the house, to accommodate up to 10 cars.
