The jury of the contest highlighted its "character of typical mountain village with high ethnographic value within an exceptional landscape enclave". - The House is an old farm carefully restored and adapted to create eight rural homes with great charm and splendid views of the Picos de Europa. The original architecture has been preserved to the maximum, thus preserving the character and rustic atmosphere of the place. Surrounded by its own wall, the group forms a small town within the town. The houses (of one, two and three rooms) are independent and spacious, and have a lot of light and a cheerful decoration that includes mural paintings inspired by medieval illustrations.
