We offer a great apartment (approx. 115 m²) with three bedrooms for short-term rental or long-term rental (winter months). The apartment is located in Torre del Mar in a closed facility with free locked parking space. The beautiful beach and a unique long promenade with numerous bars and restaurants are around 200 m away.
The apartment is on the 3rd Floor and is easily accessible via an elevator. The approximately 120 m² terrace with a view of the community pool is oriented to the east (morning sun). There are several awnings there, which can also be closed if necessary. So you can sit comfortably outside even in the winter months.

There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity. The nearest large supermarket is just around the corner, around 200 m away. There are also pharmacies, German doctors and a hospital. Once a week is market day (Thursday).
Malaga airport can be reached by many German airlines at any time and is about 35 km away from Torre del Mar. A cheap airport transfer can be organized.
A lot of Spaniards go on holiday here in summer (that's why the price / performance ratio is right here), while a lot of Germans spend the winter in winter. If desired, many events (e.g. Card games, boceln, etc.).
From Torre del Mar you can reach many great destinations, e.g. B. Malaga with its castle, the port where many cruise ships dock, Nerja with its famous stalactite cave (concerts are also held here), the Sierra Nevada here you can go skiing in winter, Torremolinos or Marbella are also worth seeing. The white villages in the mountains should not be missed. Not to forget Seville, Granada or Gibraltar which can be reached safely in one day, but because of the many sights you should plan an overnight stay.
