Ideally located in hyper downtown Miami Playa, less than 300 meters from the beach. We offer you this beautiful apartment completely renovated on a modern and design theme. Facade of the building also renovated. Sleeps 8 people. it has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds (180cm) which each have a large wardrobe, and a smaller bedroom with twin beds and enough to hang clothes on hangers. In the beautiful living / dining room there is also a double sofa bed. Private and closed parking, very close to all shops, no need for a car. Fully equipped with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, safe ...). French HD TV. Sea view from all rooms of the apartment. From the terrace you can even see Cape Salou and Port Aventura. Also has very nice mountain views. 3rd floor. Living place, and always lively, ideal for spending great holidays with family or friends, free wifi at 30 meters and depending on the phones or computers, sometimes we pick up the signal in the apartment.
Air conditioning included in the rate in high season (July and August). Except July and August, it is 30 € per week, if and only you want it, no obligation. It is a reversible air conditioning (hot and cold)
