This amazing villa is on the largest plot in the luxury gated resort of La Torre Golf, and benefits from a large 8x4m HEATED swimming pool, huge patio with sun from 11am until sunset , 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large modernised kitchen with breakfast bar, a very large terrace with dining table and chairs for 8, adjustable glazing and a stunning covered bar and outdoor kitchen BBQ area with beer fridge, stove, huge BBQ, sink and storage. In the winter months this area is heated with UV lamps.
There is also a pool table, 8 sun loungers and a day bed as well as a putting green / mini golf.
As well as the private heated pool, you have access to 17 communal pools on La Torre, tennis courts, Padel courts and various games and facilities around the resort for owners and guests.
