Surrounded by pleasant gardens and outdoor areas, it occupies 600 m2 on a plot with a total area of approximately 1300 m. Respecting the original configuration of the land, raised in terraces of culture, a house was built on two floors, of contemporary style, being defined by the large curvilinear windows that turn their rooms into exceptional viewpoints on the north coast of the island of Tenerife and the Teide volcano. Accommodation Within the space occupied by the house, a landscaped and paved stone corridor leads to the main entrance of the house that, after a diaphanous entrance, places us before the panoramic space that articulates the house: the main hall. On the first floor The main hall is a very large conical roof that contains several environments perfectly defined by two groups of sofas around the fireplace and television. In addition, on its unique view of the sea, is located a desk area and finally, a large dining room for 10 guests. In the same main hall, and around the spiral staircase that will introduce us later on the ground floor, we find several doors, one of them gives access to the common toilet of the house; the second to the kitchen, garage and laundry, and a third door to the area that contains two double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Under the bookcase, another door leads to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room. Next to the glass doors of the same room, a dining area is formed that stretches towards the different outdoor environments: a porch that invites to the contemplation of the serene sunsets facing the sea; a shady garden to shelter under the flamboyant tree that presides over it or a wide terrace to read lying down under one of the sunshades of the solarium. On the Ground Floor Again inside the main hall, we descend the spiral staircase to be located in the hall that introduces us to the different rooms on the ground floor: through one of its doors we enter a hallway distributor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of they en suite. The other two doors lead to the different rooms with TV area, billiards and chat room. Through them you can easily access the exterior of the ground floor where we find the porch with barbecue / kitchen, equipped with everything you need for pleasant meals, setting around it the pool area and gardens of nice corners under the trees . The gym and the outdoor bathroom, equipped with a sauna for four people, is under the volcanic stone wall and finally, skirting the house, you can access the paddle court. They can access all the common areas, which include gym, swimming pool, gardens, chillout area, etc. Other notable aspects: * In the house there is a piano. * All the rooms of the house, with the exception of the kitchen, have a view of the sea. * The house has piped music in all rooms, Movistar plus with access to 100 channels, WIFI broadband throughout the house, as well as access to Netflix. * And finally, something very interesting if you intend to rest: the silence that is breathed in the house is absolute.
