The brand new annex of Casa Milos is located inside the garden of our property which is located a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The view of the sea, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse, right in front of us, and tranquility are what most characterizes this place of peace. The large windows, present in every room, give light to the whole house, always allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. Totally independent and with direct access from the road, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Bright, spacious, equipped with every comfort and furnished with Italian taste and Mediterranean style, the house consists of three comfortable double bedrooms, all with large and bright windows and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite and one outside the bedroom with an area Laundry. In a large open space living room there are the kitchen with island and the sitting room.
The habitable terrace, with direct access to the swimming pool and garden, is the perfect place for relaxing breakfasts and dinners overlooking the sea.
A large bright patio that acts as the main entrance, from light to the whole house developing around a large palm tree, which characterizes this environment.
The house is located in a quiet residential area on a stretch of the south coast of the island within the Aire marine park.
The protection of the tranquility of our guests is our priority, for this reason the house can be rented to a preferably adult clientele. In addition, the presence of some stairs both at the entrance and at the access to the swimming pool make the context not suitable for young children.
Work is currently underway in accordance with the deadlines that foresee the completion of the work by the end of April 2020, which guarantees availability starting from 1 June 2020.
Only for our guests, we organize beautiful boat trips (10-meter day cruiser with large sundeck, visible in the photo) to discover the most beautiful bays and beaches, almost unreachable from the hinterland, with highly discounted rates and reserved only for our customers. We also organize exciting jet ski excursions (215 hp). A top table is also available.

Guests will have direct access to the swimming pool and garden.
The entrance to the annex is available directly and comfortably from the street.
The change of linen is weekly, but guests can request an additional change if necessary. For stays longer than 7 nights and up to 13 nights the change will be made in the middle of the stay.
Cleaning takes place at the beginning and end of the stay, however the relative equipment and products will be available to guests. It is possible to request cleaning during the stay as an extra service.
PLEASE NOTE: there is currently a law of the Balearic Island Government which provides for the payment of the tourist tax, to be paid in cash on arrival. The rate, if confirmed, is 2.20 euros / day / each. up to 8 days of stay then passes to 1.10 euros (children under 16 are exempted).

The house is located 10/15 minutes walk from the comfortable Punta Prima beach (with various restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets) and from the delightful bay of Biniancolla. A 5 minute drive takes you to Binibeca beach, near which stands the small and characteristic village on the sea of fishermen. In 15/20 minutes by car you reach the airport, the center of Mahon and its port, where there are countless shops, bars and restaurants including the casino.
