Located in the peaceful area of La Font is Villa La Creveta, a Mallorcan-style house renovated with great care and taste, which has managed to preserve original details while adding others in a more contemporary style.
The property is just minutes from the beaches of Cala San Vicente and the beautiful bay of Puerto de Pollensa. The ever-attractive town of Pollensa is also relatively close. A new extension has been added to the property, resulting in a stunning combination of antiquity and modernity; of ancient sobriety and modern opulence, giving it a completely unique feel. Throughout the house, there are many picturesque touches that reflect its origins. Upon entering the house, we are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and a DVD player. From there, glass windows give access to the outside, a covered terrace with a barbecue, and the pool. To the left is the dining area, furnished with a glass table and modern chairs. From the dining room, we also have access to the pool area. At the rear of the dining room is a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen. A pantry and a laundry area complete the ground floor of the property. A wooden staircase leads to the bedrooms, all of which have wooden floors. Specifically, there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with beautiful views of the Cala San Vicente valley, and a double and single room that share a bathroom with a shower. The double room, like the double room, has its own private terrace with splendid views of the mountains and countryside. It is worth noting that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning units (which, in line with energy saving and efficiency initiatives, can only be used from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - these times cannot be extended or changed). The pool is modern, with stone tiles identical to those on the terrace floor, giving it a contemporary feel. There's a small grassy area next to the pool that adds a touch of freshness, as well as a ping-pong table, a shower, and an outdoor toilet.
