Villa Malondra is a large villa situated at the Siller district, which is within walking distance to Port Pollensa centre and its beaches. It has a very nice swimming pool area and gardens which provides plenty of space to sunbathe, for children to play, or dine at any time of the day. The Tramuntana Mountain range runs parallel to the far side of the pool, offering spectacular views of the hilltops. You will also have a shaded seating area, a covered BBQ and dining area to enjoy al fresco evening meals.Upon entering the house, there is a dining area with a table and chairs. A few steps take us to the adjacent seating area which has French doors opening onto the front side terrace. Next to this area there is another spacious lounge area with sofas and a large flat screen satellite TV. From here a door leads to one double bedroom and one en suite full bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are on the other side of the villa, and they comprise of two twins and one double all of them sharing two bathrooms both with a bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the property has timed air conditioning on all units from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed)The adjacent fully equipped fitted kitchen has a breakfast table, it is equipped with all the electrical and kitchen utensils needed in a self-catering property. The kidney shape swimming pool is a bonus. It is surrounded by lots of trees, flowers, cactus and bunches, giving a tropical scene to the property itself. Completes the exterior of the villa a nice covered barbecue area totally furnished with table and benches, an ideal place for those who loves al fresco meals.
